Effect of diffuse micro-crystals

The isolated micro-crystals embedded beneath the surface of the glaze loAlk_loAl_hiSi show their
presence in a slightly lumpy surface. Only with magnification are they visible.

A much manipulated image of the surface of this glaze is shown, together with the pot.
